supollard.org are running a campaign to get it released on DVD. I'd welcome a release because my tapes are quite old and getting worn now. supollard.org

I really hope they do. It was such a good series. Some people don't appreciate good comedy, it really annoys me! I will check out the site, and join the campaign to get it released!!!!!!!!! ;D

Know what ya mean about decent comedy - I hate most of the modern sitcoms!!! Love the Carry-ons, Sid James reminds me so much of my grandad!!! ;D I think most of the good jokes have already been done so there's not much left for the modern writers to work with, hence the oldies are the best!!

A worth while investment! I spent a hour yesterday in HMV looking at DVDs. They have a whole section dedicated to TV comedy! I was in heaven ;D

FAB!!! ;D Plus DVDs take up less room on the shelf than videos, lol!! Can't wait to get one and start collecting properly - I've only got the bits I taped off UK Gold last year so really wanna add to my collection now!

I've managed to watch them all and the quality is brilliant. Only problem is all the swearing has been edited out

No problem! ;D I don't need it anyway! The best thing about Bread is not the script, LOL!!!!!!

I'm afraid I disagree on that one! The script was brilliant as were all the characters! Grandad was my favourite, probably because he was from Yorkshire ;D
